Relax and spoil yourself over the Easter weekend with these easy chocolate ideas.
Melt a chocolate bar and dip some cherries, banana slices or
your favourite fruit into it. Sit back and enjoy.
For the more energetic among you here is a recipe for
Chocolate Squares
1 can (397g) condensed milk
2 slabs (100g) dark chocolate, broken into squares
15ml (1T) toffee liqueur
375ml (1 and1/2 cups) raisins
160ml (2/3 c) coconut
Mix the condensed milk and chocolate and slowly melt in a
saucepan until the chocolate has melted. Stir continuously. Add the liqueur,
raisins and coconut and mix well. Turn into a tray ( 31 x 23 cm) sprayed
lightly with non-stick spray and spread evenly. Chill overnight or until set.
Cut into squares and store in the fridge.
