Nachos Salad


 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
250g cherry tomatoes
10ml(2t) lemon juice
30ml(2T) olive oil
salt and pepper
150g lettuce
1 avocado
125g nachos

Method:
Whisk the lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil together.
Arrange the lettuce, avocado slices, chicken, tomatoes and nachos on a platter
and add the dressing.
Serve with Greek yoghurt.
